Congratulations to PCKC's Marlene Groves who is also a public education coordinator for the AKC ! Bloodhound Education Brought to Simla, Colorado School

Students in Simla, Colorado got an opportunity recently to get up close and personal with two Bloodhounds, dogs that they otherwise may not encounter too often and who out-weighed the students by quite a bit.

Marlene Groves, an Elbert County resident who is a public education coordinator, the secretary-treasurer for Bloodhound Man-Trackers Inc., and member of several dog clubs, demonstrated how to greet a dog and explained some of the differences between different types and sizes of dogs.

Busy, Busy Donna Keihl

Valentine's Day Surprise !! THANKS TO DONNA KEIHL AND EVERYONE WHO ARRANGED THIS WONDERFUL SURPRISE.
It all started on Jan 13th with a short message from Mike Befus on DDS Facebook: Hello do you all by chance know what time bloodhounds will be showing on the 12th. Donna took it from there.

See It Now

Girl Scouts loved visiting and learning so much about the dogs today. Everyone was so friendly and many handlers came up to our girls and asked them if they wanted to meet their dogs. They loved it. The patch program was well thought out and made the girls really excited to learn about so many different breeds.

Thank You to Donna and Marlene Groves for coordinating this!!!

Donna takes a break, well deserved !!
